Due to the nature of our business model and the fact that many of our products are shipped directly from trusted suppliers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or general preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Return Approval
Returns will only be considered for items that are:

All return requests must be approved by our team prior to being sent back.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping
Where a return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, return shipping costs will be covered by The Nature Home Company.
Customers may be asked to provide tracking information for approved returns.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product fault.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched by the supplier.
After this time, cancellations may not be possible.
